About CastSpirit Studio

Our story

CastSpirit Studio began when a small cohort of working actors and directors wanted a room that was quieter, kinder, and more exact. We tested scenes without pressure, collected the practices that made us breathe easier, and built a syllabus around reliable technique and generous feedback.

Today we teach across formats—online, hybrid, and in-person—while holding to a Scandinavian sense of space. We cap cohorts at ten, give targeted notes, and leave actors with habits that sustain auditions and long runs alike.

Mission

We help actors build repeatable craft without sacrificing their humanity. The room stays calm so choices get bolder.

  • Precision over performative chaos
  • Feedback that is direct and kind
  • Consistent scene work to anchor growth
  • Accessible pricing pathways and scholarships

Principles

Breathe before brilliance

Regulate first. We start classes with breath and body so your mind has room to play.

Specific beats, simple truth

We break scenes into clean beats and pursue truthful action instead of performance tricks.

Notes you can use today

Feedback stays actionable and short, then we run it again to prove the shift.
